2 Thessalonians 3:16
Despite their circumstance, Paul gives the benediction of peace to the Thessalonians. This peace is also for us.
Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.
John 14:27
Jesus gives us peace, as experienced by Himself.
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things, there is no law.
